Terms of Use

Effective Date: November 3, 2026 | Domain: mapmelt.com

Welcome to World Remix (https://mapmelt.com). By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the Interactive Service

World Remix is an interactive geography game and creative cartographic sandbox. All fused nations, portmanteau names, composite territory silhouettes, and synthesized flags produced by the Country Fusion engine are fictional creative outputs designed for entertainment and educational exploration.

2. User-Exported Creations & Sharing

You are permitted and encouraged to share Country Fusion links, spoiler-free Daily World Challenge scores, and downloaded PNG Charter cards or SVG fictional flags on social media, educational presentations, videos, and personal websites, provided that:

• Generated fictional flags are not misrepresented as official state symbols of any real sovereign government.
• Attribution to World Remix (mapmelt.com) and underlying open-data licenses (Natural Earth, World Bank WDI, Wikimedia Commons / country-flags, and lipis/flag-icons) is respected.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website through automated scraping that degrades shared-hosting availability, attempting to inject malicious scripts, or misrepresenting fictional cartographic outputs as official governmental or diplomatic endorsements.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

World Remix and its geographic datasets are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While demographic and land area figures are sourced from reputable public datasets (World Bank World Development Indicators, 2023 reference year), World Remix should not be relied upon for navigation, legal boundary adjudication, or official policy decisions.
